Purpose

To provide one-to-one customer support and order follow-up. No advertising profiling or reselling of data.

Sharing

Data is only used inside our helpdesk (Chatwoot) and our CRM; not sold to third parties.

Retention

Kept for support and legal obligations; deleted upon user request.
