These Terms govern your use of the messaging support service operated by Apollon Medya (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our helpdesk platform (Chatwoot) integrated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) messaging.

The service allows you to contact our support team via Facebook Page or Instagram Direct messages. We use Chatwoot to receive and respond to your messages for customer support and order follow-up. We do not use this service for ads targeting or bulk broadcasting.
By sending us a message or interacting with our support channels, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy.
We process the content of your messages, timestamps, conversation identifiers, and the name/username that Meta provides (as permitted) to deliver support. Details are in our Privacy. You can request deletion via Data Deletion.
We reply one-to-one to your inquiries. We do not send promotional broadcasts via this channel. Where Meta platform rules (e.g., 24-hour policy) apply, we comply with them.
The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party platform limitations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your messages remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use the content solely to provide support and improve service quality. Our trademarks, logos, and content remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing excludes liability where not permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
